.......I think this looks badass.....I almost don't even care what other's think 
Anyways, I finally tried to make some eyes that had some life in them and I think they turned out pretty good. Best shading I've done so far in a painting (really not saying much). Realized that I need to work harder on hair....still didn't turn out as well as it could have. I promise I'll do much better next time

Good job. I've seen a few of these "collaboration" pictures, and considering two different artists do the lines and the colors, it's very easy to screw it up. I think you did well, however, adding your own personal style to it, and yet retaining Felsus' touch.
It can be difficult to do hair right, especially with cel shading... You did a proper job of it, I think. Not to complex, and that's a good thing if you're not very experienced with coloring hair.
The eyes are good (lifelike, really); a tip I use is to take a soft round brush, set the opacity and flow to a low setting, take a shade of the eye color (closer to white), and touch around the eye a bit to make it give off a small glow, making it pop.
Another thing, if you're using dark colors and dark shades, you should use a lighter color to do small highlights on the body where the light is coming from. Use tiny bits of white on the skin to make it look shiny. It gives the character a few more dimensions.

Thanks for the compliment on the eyes, first time I've tried to make them look decent and I think they turned out better than expected. I think hair and highlights will be the next areas that I tackle. Highlights themselves would probably make a big improvement, so I really want to work on that.
