i still think it could've moved fast enough to catch and kill other dinosaurs

It doesn't look right...I thought they were screwing up the spinosaurus

Still inaccurate. Just because an animal had short legs and was top-heavy does not mean it walked on all fours (hand or knuckle).

here's how this works:
the bones of spinosaurus were found to have much more oxygen isotopes than terrestrial dinosaurs, it's bones were denser, and even its feet were held flat on the ground like a duck's feet, all showing it lived an aquatic lifestyle. the leg bones themselves were also short, which makes sense because most semi-aquatic animals (like hippos and crocodiles) have short limbs to reduce drag while swimming under water.
just a few things you should add:
- spinosaurus knuckle-walked
- the 'sail' is not one where the spines are separate, but locked into place with each other. it didn't help regulate temperature, it was just a big display organ. this means the spines on the males were much more colorful than the female's.

I just personally think that they look cooler on two legs instead of down on all four.

Isn't it like parasaurolophus and iguanadon? They walk on four legs and run on two.
