Are you going for drawing people or animals/pokemon? Your pokemon seem alright, but your people need some anatomy x3 I would try looking at google and typing in what you want. Like...woman sword pose or man sword pose (depending on what you wanted, of course). Nudes are always better because you can see how separate parts react when twisted and such. I started off tracing figures (putting a piece of tracing paper over photos and tracing over all the lines) which really helped with learning to move the pencil. Then try to just look at an image and draw it well. Then you can try doing anime faces and such~

Yup, I'm always trying to find new references and poses to help getting used to anatomy more. I'm trying to also put more dynamic poses in my drawings to help them flow better on the page and give more emotion

I would honestly work on easy poses first before going for dynamic :3 Just work on getting proportions and things right, then work on dramatic poses!
