I have this therory that Peter and Hook were friends as kids but Peter made it into Neverland first and waited a few years before deciding to go back for hook, who had grown up by then, because really the only way he could get there was if Pan brought him; and he would bring him to play again, not realizing Hook grew up and was different. Anyway, that's my bit. Pan's pouting because Hook won, and I consider Pan a bit of a brat. the crocodile was a last bit addition because I like the way the doodle for him turned out.
