when things don't go my way
he'll nicker at me sweetly
and then i'll give him hay
His mane is big and shaggy
and it catches all my fears
his tail is long and silky
and he wisks away my fears
He has a big white blaze
and his eyes are liquind brown
he always does silly things
so i don't have to frown
He is really tall
and he loves to run
when we go out on trail rides
we have loads of fun
He has chestnut fur
and his ears are really small
he carries me over hill and dale
but never lets me fall
So he has four legs
and he's cuter than most men
he may only be a horse
but he's my best friend
