I absolutely love this piece - since the first time I saw it when I picked up your art book years ago. I love the way the colors on the foreground move from cool to warm, in the opposite direction that the background colors move from warm to cool. The texture of the background is interesting - yet not distracting, it adds to the piece as a whole very nicely.

This looks like the coolest totem pole ever. You truly have a handle with colors... it seems like you enjoy them and really love to push them around the canvas.
