I present to you Cicero! THE GUY WHO KNOWS WHAT HE'S ACTUALLY DOING IN THE DARK BROTHERHOOD. Unlike those other profligates that call themselves 'The Dark Brotherhood'. Yes I used a New Vegas reference! Sue me!Anyways I don't get why everyone hates this guy, I've been through the Dark Brotherhood quests and I could not (SPOILERS) bring myself to kill this guy. I mean I'm for everything about The Dark brotherhood, and he symbolizes everything about it! Besides I enjoy his madness. He truly does entertain me.

I love that guy-- I'm so happy I spared him. He makes my adventures much more exciting, in fact, i even took out the whole town of Dragon Bridge today, and laughed maddly during it all!!!

I used to love him, but he was frikking crazy. He wasn't sane enough to be in dark brotherhood, he tried to take it over... Not cool for me

He didn't try to take it over, he wanted the Listener to be the leader, as the Five Tenets say, He wanted the Night Mother to be the leader, as she's always been.
And it's not like it's his fault his life completely fell apart, hard to stay sane then. Have you read his journals?
