Some redesign ideas I was playing around with for Speedy from Tails Adventure!
The first redesign is inspired by the bird Livingstone's Turaco; I thought him being a tropical bird would make sense since Tails Adventure takes place on an island and Speedy and his Father are supposed to be like royal birds I think. I also took inspiration from Jet's original concept art and made his hands look more like wings. I kept his green coloring because at this point I feel the Archie design established him as green even if he was originally meant to be white.
The second design is based on Japanese white-eyes or the Warbling White-Eye. Personally I prefer the first redesign because it's closer to his original look and color scheme while having some added flair... but I think White-Eye birds are so cute I wanted to try redesigning him based on them as well
