    This is beautiful! 
    I love the setup!  It makes me want to curl up with cookies and a good book.   
    The splash adds an intriguing quality to the "calm" photograph that I really like. 
    Also, the bright colours and lighting gives off a very pleasant atmosphere that feels me with warm, happy feelings.   
    All in all, it is a lovely photograph!
