This is what happens when you're running desperate for artwork of your favourite character ship...
And for those reading the description, sorry for how long this is going to be.

I by no means claim to be a great artist, but I figured I might as well give it a crack...
But I did use someone else's base as a starting point. No WAY was I going to draw something from scratch!

You may have noticed in the last month or so that I have started a collection of artwork featuring Coco Bandicoot from the Crash Bandicoot series and Miles "Tails" Prower from the Sonic the Hedgehog together.
This has been for the longest time my all-time favourite ship. I've always been a fan of Coco, and I think she and Tails would make a cute couple!
One problem: there is virtually NO artwork of these two together! Whether it be platonic or as a couple.
You'd think with how popular Crash and Sonic crossover artwork is, there'd be a deluge of this sort of stuff. But there just isn't.

Initially I started colouring in other people's work, but any attempt to contact them for permission to upload has failed so far.
I even remastered someone's drawing they did in MS Paint, but I never heard from them either.
So I decided to bite the bullet and add my own original artwork to the mix.

This drawing uses a base created by one of my favourite Sonamy Boom artists - SherryBlossom , also known as sherrydoodlez on YouTube - who created this template for people to use back in 2014.
I started by re-tracing the base template - I find it easier to colour in if I have a hard outline rather than trying to use someone else's, for some reason - before going ahead and adding my own details and colour.
This is the end result, and I'm actually quite proud of it. Though I by no means am saying it's good; I'm just proud I did something at least passable.

If I get desperate again - and if by some miracle people really like this - I might do another one.

Oh, and uh, since this is shipping artwork of Tails...
