Don't mind the Japanese...
OKAY. this tutorial is for those who know how to draw the basic anime/manga hand and finger shape (I didn't feel like trying to show how to do it... go look at other tutorials for that). This is just the way I draw hands, including some tips/methods not many other people mention. If you can't draw hands, this tutorial might just give you what you need. I can't guarantee that this will work for everyone BUT it may be worth for you to give it a shot. Even if you think you are good at drawing hands, these techniques may help shorten drawing time and/or give you even better end results. Yes, I did leave out MANY things, other things I only briefly touched on. if you have a problem with this, tell me what you think should be expanded on, and if enough people second the motion I'll get right to it.
Using 'shapes' didn't work for me, so I came up with this.
Dang, next tutorial I do will only be 150dpi... 300 got the pic too big... alksjdfjla;kdfjlkjf
