Chibiterasu is a precious little wolf pup!

Have you seen the announcement pictures for the commercial on Okami-den? I believe they are using a live Kishu Inu puppy named Maya to play Chibiterasu. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find that link again.

Anyway, good rendition using the game's art style. I am not sure if you were going with a more sketch style, but the colored pencil-like effect of the blooming blossom and cherry shadow seems a bit awkward when used in conjunction with the solid paint brush ink. Since Chibiterasu's shading was more watercolory, the concept would be more cohesive if the effect followed the shading.

Then again, it is only my interpretation and I have sort of a biased on colored-pencils (augh! the graininess haunts me!).

OMG this is so warm and fuzzy and cute I need to squish teh Chibiterasu and take her home with me because when you draw her she's epically adorable and SQUEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
