Grogu's Descent - The Rise of Darth Umbra - Star Wars - The Mandalorian

As the force seeks balance, Grogu finds himself embracing the dark side, becoming the enigmatic Darth Umbra. In this fanart piece, witness the Armorer forging Mandalorian armor for the young Sith, while the Mandalorian remains concerned about Grogu's newfound powers. Set in a mysterious cave, the red glow of Grogu's lightsaber ominously illuminates the scene. Will the Mandalorian be able to bring Grogu back to the light, or will he be lost to the shadows forever?

The Armorer - Forging Din Grogu’s armor has been an interesting challenge. I must admit I find it rather refreshing.

Din Djarin (The Mandalorian / Mando) - If you wish, I can offer to compensate for your work.

The Armorer - I don’t do this for credits. Although I had to seek aid of an engineer to design a powered support harness so Grogu can safely wear the armor. It didn’t come cheap. The beskar armor is otherwise too heavy for him. I had to reinforce the neck for his eventual helmet with ear holes.

Din Djarin (The Mandalorian / Mando) - I’m concerned of his behavior. I can’t find any records of his species to know if it’s normal.

The Armorer - It’s probably nothing. For example human teenagers tend to disobey their parents. Even you were quite of handful when I had to help raise you.

Din Djarin (The Mandalorian / Mando) - Grogu. I told you to safely handle the lightsaber. Give it here.
