Very pretty. I like the linear perspective of the stream, and the old mill wheels are picturesque and interesting. Nice exposure for the water, too.

She/he chooses a slow shutter speed so the water is essentially blurred. In order to have correct exposure for this technique a small aperture (large number) and low ISO is needed. Works wonderfully with waterfalls (:
