there was a girl,her name was unknown
but as she sang
all other sounds were droned
her voice was so sweet
like that of a rose,
it filled the air,
and could even prickle your toes
it was cheerful and soft,
beautiful and clear,
and she sang all through the day
year after year
the wind would russle
and leaves would dance,
the deer in the medow
would prance and prance.
the birds would stop
and listen to the song,
and she would sing,
for ever so long
And when she stopped,
the birds would oncore.
