Well I was thinking of writing it digitally, but I am still undecided.

Unfortunately, no. I make most things on request so this one is long gone. Thank you for your interest, though! I would tell you I could make you a custom one, but I'm unsure of whether or not I will continue crocheting as a business. (My hands have developed a seemingly permanent muscle pain issue.)

It's got flaps. Therefore, it is an earflap hat.

It's got no brim. It's not even a cap so it's nowhere close to a hat.
Headgear doesn't mean hat. A crown isn't a hat, a cowl isn't a hat and earmuffs are not hats. Nor are beanies.
