The second terrified one is me. I was a female doctor that accompanied them as a healer I think and due to the fact that I had a really low sanity and health I am utterly terrified
The first 'woman' is suppose to be coming from the future (ur dm has a lot of patients) and 'she' brought along two sheep, once a farmer, lost them later on in the game (we're eaten by crows)
The 3 person was one of my friends he was a phyciatris that has lost a lot of patients due to accidents and has mental problems and the last one I don't remember what she was exactly owo'
