The perspective and foreshortening on the dog are really good, but you're still having a little trouble with the perspective in the background. ^u^; Think of the angle at which the "camera" is facing the dog, and then consider whether you'd actually be able to see the sky from that position. Also look at what direction your tree is facing.
Perspective is REALLY hard, so don't feel bad if you don't get it right at first. I'm currently learning perspective in my art class, so I know what a pain it can be! Just keep practicing.
