Description So, you know when you really are going on a drawing and then you realize there's a problem. Doh! This happens to me sometimes when I really get going on an image and forget to look at it zoomed out. Here's what I did to fix part of a drawing. Hope it helps!  (I'd love to hear if it does help.) 

I used Sketchbook Pro, but most good art programs have the same or similar features.

Nice work on this Amy. Some really useful tips in there, I frequently copy a layer or an area with the lasso when I need to make adjustments. If nothing else it's a safety net in case the changes don't work out! I'm sure lots of people will find this very helpful.

Thanks! I was just trying to figure what in the heck I could do to rescue the image! I also hope it helps people see that we as artists don't get everything perfect the first time around.

I have hard drive 50% filled with unfinished, unworkable or just plain unattractive artwork that can attest to that

Art must be much like photography. We get image after image, in search of that one terrific one!
