Dwetto is a nervous wreck all the time, he has trouble talking to because he stutters a lot.
He can't help a lot of these things, but the main cause was because his parents got murdered by a great white shark.
He loves spending time with others and tries to maintain himself, he's good at doing it, he just has a hard time doing so.
