I thought I'd present a visiual of the jewelries that Caledonia had received through the story from either her father or Draco Malfoy.

-The silver + green hoop earrings was purschaed in Hogsmede when she decided to get pericing.
-The Goblin-Made combs was a Christmas gift to her from Draco which had impressed the Weasley family and Severus Snape.
-The Prince Family Crest necklace and wristcuff are from Severus Snape, he wore the wirstcuff and gave the necklace to her, it once belonged to Lily and there's a charm to connect the two, letting the wearers know the other's of emotions if desired.
-The wand on the chain necklace was also a gift from Severus, a way to hide her wand and keep it upon herself.
-The engagement ring was presented to Caledonia by Draco on New Years Eve and their matching wedding bands.
-And finally, the ruby studs once belonged to Lily, a graduation gift from Severus long time ago, given to her when she returned to Hogwarts in her seventh year for few months.
