I am running out of words.

But I did go running a bit earlier and it was like 7PM. It is freezing here (for my standards at least, something like -8°C), and I didn't dress that much so it was ccccold at first. But once the blood got running, I felt so free and awesome. The full moon was illuminating the road and the snowy plains and forest and it was truly magical. Didn't even need the light. The only shame is that my phone couldn't really capture the scenes, that my eyes got the pleasure of resting on. Only darkness, more or less. Ever since the severe floods in october devastated our area, I stopped running and have only just started getting back on track in this sports aspect. And winter is perfect, when you enter the freezing sparkling kingdom of mountain roads that lie a bit higher, detached from the regular world where daily worries stay in wait. Truly peaceful, especially in the evening. And lonely.

Does anyone else have some stories to share, either from running or some other form of... detachment from the daily worries? What makes you feel at peace?
