well at first i drew a sketch and lined the character. i kept the sketch of the background. then i colored her hair, about 3 or 4 layers and move to her lips, but i had to color her lips several times until i am satisfied. then i added some more hair detail, the fading of her hair and some more hair around her.[link] after that i lined the background with black and colored them. i added some more detail of fading spirals and her hair, again, and on her face... and then i scan the drawing and edit some color parts with photoshop

i used graphite pecil from Staedtler graphite pencils: Mars Lumograph 7B and 8B, Marco Raffine colored pencils
