Yep, she doesn't like him being pervy with the Sexy no Jutsu, but there more than amble proof in part 2 she wants him to make sexy moves on her. ;D She's outright encouraged him to have pervy thoughts about her (245), encouraged him to act on those thoughts (343), and even subtly offered herself to him (469-70). The way he looked and kept physical contact with her in 484-5, and the interactions afterward showed a now mutual awareness the other's romantic feelings. And his mental image of her when he was thinking he wished he could introduce his age peers to his mother shows her looking at Naruto with her full attention and lovingly- with a light blush on her face. I don't know if Naruto is aware yet that not only is Sakura in love with him but she desires him and wants him to make seductive moves on her. He'll find out pretty soon I bet though!

She did the first moment she saw him in part 2 in 245. She blushed then flirted with him- blatantly inviting him to look at her body in a sexual way. (That's what "womanly" means in Japanese culture)
The anime adaption is way different from manga canon. Sakura never acts disinterested in Naruto in part 2 of the manga.

You are getting a very poor version of the story by just watching the anime, with tons of subpar fillers and major distortions in storyline and charcterization.
The canon story is the manga. There are still a few places online where you can read the manga from chapter 1 for free. You will be surprised at how in the manga it's obvious that subconsciously Sakura falls for Naruto starting in chapter 5.
Big differences in Sakura's personality in canon manga:
1)She never, ever leaves Naruto in danger. In fact in the first 11 chapters she acts twice to save Naruto from danger, with no thought of her own self preservation- or Sasuke's for that matter.
2)Her tsundere temper moments total about 5 times total in the 500+ chapters, and Naruto was acting either pervy, gross, rude or really stupid (and the last only provokes her in part 1, and even his moments of rudeness to other in part 2 just verbal anger. He's learned not to be gross, so only pervy stuff sets her off now, and even that lessened from 245-347, to Naruto she only looked disgusted, very disappointed and a bit angry, and didn't go ballistic on Konohamaru- her reaction, in fact, was on exactly the same level as Naruto's.
3)Before the Chunin exams she was already valuing Naruto and Sasuke the same. She may have had what she thought was romantic feelings for Sasuke, but consistently it was Naruto that acted for his benefit.
4)The personality similarities between Naruto and Sakura are even more strongly emphasized, and Kakashi and Sasuke even comment on how alike they are- more than once, and that was way back in part 1
5)In part 2- Sakura's attempted ramen feeding of Naruto scene (chapter 343 in the manga). In manga canon, Sakura looks seductively at Naruto when she offers to feed him and moves in so close that had she succeeded in feeding him one of her breasts would have been brushing against Naruto's upper arm...And when Sai interrupted and Naruto was shouting at Sai for ruining the mood, Sakura wasn't laughing, she was angry- her fist was pointed at Sai. And when Kakashi makes a teasing comment about "how lively" they sounded, Sakura had a look on her face of someone who had been caught doing something a bit naughty.
