I agree with Joe. The different greens in here are just beautiful. The way you've painted the trees also looks like watercolor.

That is what I like with acrylics. You can thin them with water. Makes creating These lights so easy.

Do you use acrylic mediums? I've been experimenting with a glaze that makes paint more shiny and transparent, so you can make it look like glass or plastic.

I tried a matte heavy modeling paste. It works okay, but it takes a while to get the thick layers I want.

That's what I thought. I think acrylics themselves allow a nice texture (Close to oil, if one does it right).
