More beloved "Rise Of the Ogre" Scans ( page 24 )
... :blah: This particular Part, I'm not going to say a lot about , however , because the main reason I refused to scan the text in the first place -- was that It was the MOST important part of the book itself . And otherwise, towards the middle , it eventually took on the form of a very 'ADULT' fairytale , so I sincerely doubt some parts would be okay to share here on DA , anyway ....
--SO GO BUY IT , cheepies ! and figure out the secret , anyhow ..... 
Anyways--without going into TOO much detail , this bit was referring to Russel's inital possession by Del , when he was slain in a drive by, once upon a time ....
...I also have my suspicions that this is a storyboard for later animation ( Possibly the rumored movie for 2007-08 )-- because there' were a few other lines of sketches that were multicolored in boxes like this --on previous pages , but I cant prove it , unfortuately
, so well have to wait n' see....--

I bought Rise of the Ogre, but because of all the pretty pictures, I have to skim around, and haven't read it all the way through yet.
Russel I think serves as a portal for spirits in this world and the next. The souls of your recently deceased friends don't just go around soaking into your body because they're bored, and out of chance.
I'd like to see more pics of the gorillaz as little kids. From what I can tell, I think the first panel is young Russel. Awww. That cross puncturing the bed looks awfully creepy (That priest on the floor looks very entertaining. Nothing funnier than an unconscious priest.)

at first, I saw the sketches of Murdoc and 2-D at the beginning of their lives from "Rise of the Ogre" and I thought that's the only thing they showed. But now you showed this, they must show the rest 
I do agree with ya though, I was thinking that they should have a movie based off when they met and their past lives. I would see that for sure.
