Description
Nuclear holocausts. An army of zombies lead by an undead Che Guevera. Flesh-eating lady bugs. Reverse-aging horrors.That's just a taste of the apocalyptic dooms that will menace Anne Hedonia in the comic series, "Miss Doomsday".

At this point, I've got about everything I need for submitting the comic to publishers (except a logo for the cover, which is vexing me). I haven't submitted anything in years (except to one publisher) and, honestly, I'm spooked. I'm about to make the big jump...let's hope I land on my feet.

Hey Zac! No need to be spooked about submitting work to a publisher, if you allow me to say so. Give it a shot, hope for the best, and if things don't work as planned, at least you know you made an attempt. So, go Zac go! Hasta la victoria siempre!

Thanks for the support, Diego. I've submitted to a publisher this past week and I'm going to submit to some more the upcoming week. I'm so tempted to scrap it and start over from scratch like I've done so many times in the past.

Just remember, talent's existence doesn't depend upon someone else recognizing it. You are clearly very talented. What's needed is a publisher with the understanding and imagination to harness your considerable skill to something that will profit you both.

Thanks! created a logo for me, so I've got everything I need for submissions. I've already send out a submission to one publisher, but I've send out more. Man, I'm freaking out, too. I'm that scared of rejection. I'm so tempted to scrap it all and go back to square one.

Rejection is one horrible thing, and its not like anyone can say "don't worry, it'll never happen" because that's unrealistic. It might. But, of course, if you don't try then you'll never know. And the potential rewards can be enormous. But you have to persevere through some tough stuff too.
Just look at how many positive crits your work gets. So many people love it that I'm sure someone, somewhere must see how good it is and want to get you working for them.

You could do a journal asking for ideas for a cover logo. That might give you a bunch of ideas to use when making your own.
