This page was great, I loved 8, her face is the best. 
It's interesting that the bad guys changed their attitude toward her now, not so aggreable than before.

It's just great the way that something heavy happens and then whoop! Something utterly unexpected, that's why I like this comic so much I think, it sucks you right in with the great imagery and mood of teenage angst set in a post apocalyptic wonderland and then says "you know, just like in real life something odd happens that makes you smile".
The story just is and I love it for that...

I've always thought the Mecha-Spider was cool but their sequel to the toy, the Mecha-Roach, was a total dud. At least, that's what I think.

Thanks, Tom! The mini-cliffhanger is purposely included on every page but the challenge is doing it in a way that, if the story is read from beginning to end (rather than one page every week) that the pages flow together as one unified story (as well as a single page with it's own cliffhanger).
