I've always loved how colored.I wanted to try it out for fun. :3

What settings do you use brushes that would make light and bushes?

Well, for painting I used a custom brush. If I remember correctly I got it from [link]
The custom brush I use is a Marker - Rough Flat.
Also the Persistance of the brush is usually around 60-80, depending on how dense you want it.
As for the light, make a new layer, go to Mode (above opacity bar), then click Luminosity. That means whenever you draw on that layer it becomes SUPER MEGA bright and kind of see-through.
And for that brush I just used the Air Brush with a Density of 50.
