Description Caras's family comes from a secretive nation of Moon Elves living among the remains of the fallen great city of Tael'Quessaar (The oldest kingdom of the elves and thought to be where they first settled on Torus during their search for Corelleon and recently reclaimed from the clutches of Hell Demon spawn that desecrated the city for over 300 years by Caras's father's army while Caras was still a child) located high in the jagged mountains known as the Mordant Spire. The mountain in which the kingdom sits is actually the destroyed remains of the first tree of life and it's sheer size once towered above the jagged mountains, but after centuries of death and rot has weathered it to a petrified spire of jagged mountain where these elves call home. Purple soul crystals (similar to that of the Tael’Rundarril Stone embedded within the life-tree Taendaan) are found deep within the main halls of the Magus Spire where High Mages known as the Aramanthine Council. The Amaranthine Council are the secretive leaders of Mordant Spire. They rarely leave the tower, so even gray elves know little about them, although rumors claim that purple vapor continuously billows forth from their otherwise empty eye sockets from the continuous scrying into the fragmented shards of the crystals. They generally have a laissez-faire policy with regards to daily activities, but when the need arises, they issue cryptic edicts and demand strict obedience.  It is believed that these stones hold the key to finding the portal that will allow the elves to return to their homeworld. The Grey Elves of the Mordant Spire have become so secluded and secretive of their plans that they rarely venture outside the Mordant Spire. On the rare occasions where they are seen, they wear masks that hide their identity. If you like the look of these and own a 3D printer, consider subscribing to my Patreon at  www.patreon.com/epicadventurem… .
