This picture was taken at a very good time; the sunrise compliments the mountains very well. The color is very good too, it blends in nicely with the water.The blue from the water and sky is good for matching the orange from the sunlight and mountains.
I really like the location too, it is a nice spot between the two mountains; it's not an extraordinary, but it's still eye-opening.
On a serious note, the main thing to improve this picture would be a long exposure -- not one too long that would distort the clouds, just a short one that would smooth out the water.

You captured a beautiful moment, you can really see every element of the photo it's like you were there seeing the sight for yourself. You were able to beautifully capture the colour and the texture of the mountains. Each bend and crack in the mountains you captured so precisely. And you can see every ripple in the water and you can see the colour beautifully every where. You can tell it'd be warm in the sun and you could feel it so nicely. You got an astonishing here. You've got a beautiful angle in this photo. You did a great job on this shot I really like it. Every element of this is beautiful. Truly great job.
