I like the fact her scales are well done, not just put here and there as random.
I don't really like, instead, that her body is a bit out of proportions and anatomy is not really solid. You don't see it at first glance because of the great amount of details. That is the next thing you should work on, I think (just a suggestion to make your artwork better)
