Description
I almost never do photomanipulations but this was a piece purely in creative expression. It's rare for me to do art when I'm upset since I'd rather do something physically cathartic.

This piece speaks to the feeling of loneliness when one expects the opposite-- to be popular and loved. I suppose I'm in a place where I love myself and think I'm beautiful and awesome (just being honest), but find I'm lacking friends and lovers. There are various reasons I suppose-- but I think this is a common issue that many young people can relate to--feeling lonely in what's supposedly the prime of your life.
