Description Crys doing a pseudo-Thriller pose under the light of the full moon.
There's also a lineless version since I liked how it looked.

She's having fun. She may not be thrilled about being a werewolf for the most part, but around Halloween she likes to embrace the more spooky side of things for a bit, so here she is just goofing around. Wanted to draw the pose from Thriller since it's like prime Halloween content, but I didn't go one to one with it. It's vague enough to where you get the gist, but it's not just Crys randomly breaking out into (a kinda goofy) dance in the middle of the street. It's more her trying to be menacing in her own playful way, if that makes any sense.

So, as for the drawing itself, I have to talk about that background first. Easily one of my favorites I've ever drawn. I was messing with perspective with this whole drawing (and I'll get back to that later), so I had to curve mostly everything in the background. I think the curve made everything look more interesting and made it stand out more than it would've if it was just a simple straight line. It adds character, if you ask me. The real fun of the background was the colors, though. I loved making the fall-colored trees and the full moon. Just getting all the lighting to look so dark (but visible because I've learned not to just make everything dark for dark's sake) and moody but still illuminated by the moon. Man, I just love this background.
Moving onto Crys herself, again, perspective was one of my main goals with this drawing. Did I do good? I'd say so. Perfect? Absolutely not, but I'm definitely getting better. Just the fact I'm trying to branch out and try is good enough for me. I've got another experiment with perspective in the works, but I digress. I think the figure here turned out really nice, especially since the only real reference I used was a passing glance every once in a while at an image of the Thriller pose, then I just took it all from there. The shading is where I really wanted to focus, though. Again, I think I did pretty good, but, I don't know. It feels like it's just missing something to me. I don't know what that is, so maybe I'm just trying to be a perfectionist. Regardless, I think the shading really turned out nice anyways. It's just dark enough to give it that night feel while still just bright enough to actually see the detail, and of course there's the highlight of the moon's light around Crys as well which just adds to the uh... shading? I don't know, point is, it looks nice.
Overall, very happy with how this turned out.

Anywho, hope whoever's seeing this is having a wonderful whenever they're seeing this!
