yea you got me, its a balloon. Bubblegum didnt work for 2 reasons, firstly claire couldnt blow a proper one to save her life! and second,the bigger the bubble the more transluent it became when I wanted to keep a nice pink colour.

I wondered for a minute about the amount of wall left at the top of the photo but I've just decided that it really works, it brings out the brightness in what could have dulled the bubblegum bubble and really brightens the whole piece.
This is great work!

hm.... is there supposed to be a large space above her? cause it adds to it, idk if you did that on purpose, but if the background didnt fit in like this it woulda hurt the picture having a space above it, but not today!

yes that was on purpose. if you see the other pictures from this set they also have open space.
