Pluto is the roman god of the underworld. In the anime/manga sailor pluto has power over time. Her armor being skulls shows off abit of her underworld ruling lineage and the clock behind her shows some of her connection to time. Each hand of the clock, that is the minute hour and second hand is stabbing through one of pluto`s moons, yes pluto has three moons. The clocks attached to her gloves also brings in a bit of the time theme. Bits and pieces of her original design are included in my version so you guys can recognise her better. Her headpiece has a piece of the key staff thingy she wields in the original design. Also the extended piece of cloth on her chest is shaped similar to the end of the key staff thingy.
Well that was my inspiration for sailor pluto i hope you all like it. Plz vote for me
