So this was a massive collaboration that I did with a friend (Ashley Thorpe) last spring. It became a study of how to combine polar coordinate worlds with digital painting. Ashley created the worlds in the painting - which were created from graphite drawings of hers. I painted the environment (birds included) that these worlds would exist in. The final, printed painting is 5 ft x 2 ft. It is by far the biggest piece I have ever worked on!

We also won a Student Silver Addy award for this on February 21, 2015.
