Basically no inner-dimensional traveler can go into a different world without being accepted by Rosewind.
Of course there are those who do so unintentionally. And those who don’t think Rosewind should have the authority to even stop travelers from traveling.

Lola always believes she is working on the side of justice, and is pretty self-righteous about it. On the plus side, she is kind to those she considers friend, and isn’t totally oblivious to the corruption in the organization she’s working for.

Lola possesses the Baremoon amulet. It’s a pocket dimension that holds her soul-bound sword, as well as a magic repellent.
