Description
Full Name: The Twin Guardians of the Graveyard
Edgy Neko’s Boss name: Victoria Nocturna
Emo Neko’s Boss Name: Cordelia Nocturna
Okay,so for this universe, these versions of Emo and Edge are almost the perfect replica of themselves. The only difference between them is their color.
For the concept of their Boss battle, one must be quick in terms of visual observation, pattern observation, quick thinking, and strategy.
Why?They tend to switch their colors INSANELY fast.
How fast?As fast as light, like lightning speed.
Hell, the moment you blink, they change their colors.Even their names would switch with each other to confuse the player more.
Now,here’s the tricky part that might make no sense but feel free to point out the loopholes:
The player has to take out the MASTERMIND.
And who is that said mastermind?
The Blue Queen(let’s nickname Emo Neko to distinguish one another).
Because as long as the Blue Queen still stands, the Red Queen(Edgy Neko)will frustratingly KEEP on healing.
Meaning,no matter how much you damage the Red Queen, she will keep on healing because of the Blue Queen’s power to heal.
But the question is: Won’t the players find out easily on who is who if one of the enemies would keep on healing?Won’t that automatically be the Red Queen?
Ah,now here’s somewhat the hard part:
The Blue Queen is the Healer.
And the Red Queen is the Knight, since she mainly does most of the attacking.
Not only will their colors change, but they will ALSO switch their specialties.
Like this:
Red Queen ———> Blue Queen
Blue Queen ———> Red Queen
*Red Queen turns to into Blue Queen and gains her ability to heal.
*Meanwhile,Blue Queen turns into Red Queen and gains her ability to aggressively attack the player.
Basically, the player only has a short amount of time to damage the healer while she’s still in her ORIGINAL state(The Blue Queen as the Blue Queen herself and not switched with the Red Queen yet).
Why?
Because the Blue Queen will focus most of her energy and concentration on healing the Red Queen. But be warned though, the Blue Queen is agile on her feet, she’s fast, and she’s good at dodging.
Even ONE wrong small misstep can affect your chances of attempting to damage her.
But the player must also try their best to avoid the Red Queen as much as possible, due to her attacks being strong enough to K.O the player almost completely.
———
Eeeyyyyy,if Edgy Neko is gonna be a Boss battle,ya gotta tag along Emo Neko lmao.
Also, again, feel free to point out any loopholes and tell me about them,k?
Feel free to insert some Bloodborne OSTs that might fit these two as well 👍

Hi! I swear I've seen an outfit like that, what was the reference for the clothing?

Greetings.
It is actually an “on-the-spot” kind of design, like it just came to me randomly into my head and I decided to sketch it out because I was bored at the time.
But I guess I can say that I have looked up numerous of goth/vintage/Victorian like articles of clothing before, but I didn’t use a reference for this one.
I hope I answered your question.

Backstory, PLEASE?!
I'm assuming they're either Hunters or Cainhurst Vilebloods. I don't think Kitten would fit in with the Healing Church and Choir, and you aren't wearing an oversized cage around your heads so you aren't Mensis folk. Alternatively, being tall, lean and pale... are they really gorgeous Pthumerians who haven't died or mutated and gone nuts?

Honestly never thought of that yet since this is just a concept for fun and cuz I was bored.
But as their name implies, their battlefield is a graveyard.
In other words, they’re both dead in this world.

Oh come on, they look awesome! They need some good old obscure lore to them, as expected of Soulsborne!
Which graveyard? There's the graveyard you fight Gascoigne, the graveyards around Cainhurst Castle... "Dead" and what it means is pretty open to interpretation when it comes to Yharnam and the Hunter's Dream, after all.
On another note, some comics of them exploring Yharnam and messing with other Hunters would be pretty sweet.

As a short summary, yes, that’s the whole point.
But only knowing that won’t be enough if one doesn’t know to properly take them down.

Reading the previous replies, yes, there are still loopholes and while I wrote the concept of how the battle goes,I tried to think of how to avoid those loopholes.
But nevertheless, ideas are meant to be improved on by reading other people’s well-put opinions.
But to answer to clear up some misunderstandings, think of it like this:
So for example,Blue Queen switches with Red Queen, gaining her speciality to attack aggressively. While the Red Queen, who is now the Blue Queen,is now tasked with the responsibility to heal her partner for a short amount of time before they revert back.
This cycle will continue until you completely K.O. the Blue Queen.
I dunno if I explained it more clearly, but if you have any more questions regarding this if you want, feel free to leave a note.
[Edit: As for subtle hints of “who is who” thanks to the other commenter, yes. There are faint differences in their tones, and expressions. But like they said,it’s very subtle,so the player has to be really in focus to distinguish them both]

Blue Queen is the only Healer among the two.
The only time Red Queen can become the healer is when she becomes the Blue Queen.
But yes, they can and will heal each other simultaneously unless you finally take out the Blue Queen.
By eliminating the Blue Queen, the Red Queen will have no healer, and her health won’t be restored continuously anymore. So while the Red Queen is still dangerous to fight even by herself,at least you won’t have to worry about her health healing.

Red Queen as the Blue Queen is not the Original Blue Queen.
I may not mention this yet,but while they did switch their specialties, they’re not gonna be as powerful as they were with their original owners.
Red Queen as Blue Queen will not have the same healing strength(meaning, she still has healing powers, but she doesn’t heal her partner as fast as the Original Blue Queen.)
Even though Red Queen still heals her partner,it’s not as fast. This basically gives you enough time to do a significant amount of damage to the Blue Queen who is now the Red Queen.
Speaking of this,it goes the same for Blue Queen as the Red Queen.
Blue Queen as Red Queen, while still attacking aggressively, her attacks aren’t as strong,so you won’t be KO straight off the bat.
Again,I may not have mentioned this in the bio,but even though switching their colors, abilities and etc,may give the Twins the advantage to confuse the players, but by doing so,they can be at a disadvantage since their switched abilities aren’t as strong as they were in their original state.
In short summary: Attack or button smash the shit outta whatever controller the players use the moment the Twins switch(which is still basically a bit hard to spot unless you have good eyes). They are honestly at their weakest when they switch.[But think of it as a subtle shift in power to avoid being spotted easily, but still distinguishable]
Any other questions you want to ask?
[Btw,I see that you have mentioned the health bars. No,they don’t have two. They only have ONE healthbar, just like all Bloodborne Bosses.]
[Also, you really gotta kill Blue Queen first. She will continue to resurrect Red Queen if you don’t KO her completely.]

Yeah,I did try my best to explain how to beat them, but they would sometimes end up in long sentences that goes on and on.
(And yep, still trying to think of how to lower the loopholes thingy, but your observations are pretty interesting if I may say so myself).
But I’m sure you got the basics down of how to take them down if they were to be official Bloodborne bosses, right?

Hating this Boss is totally an understatement tbh.
But nevertheless, this is just a concept Boss since I don’t think Bloodborne continued making another game.

I would add ghost or spirit allies since their battlefield is in their title, but that would be too much considering how their battle is drafted.
But again, this is just a concept for fun,and cuz I was honestly bored and ended up watching a lot of Bloodborne videos.
[Edit:The discussion was pleasant though,so I thank you for your insight on the matter.]
