Description I've been working away at this for far too long. Doing it between commission work actually kind of made it go faster, oddly enough. The lines here are looser and less precious to make perfect so it made a good warm up and exercise to do between bouts of commission drawing. At first it was just my various Inquisitors, but then I was able to buy and play DAO so I added in my first Warden too c:

Most of them I have figured more as companions than in the role of Inquisitor. I haven't thought of ideas/names for theoretical romance quests for them, but I have thought of introduction quests and personal quests lol

EDIT: I added my other Warden, and my two Hawkes lol

Aroren My first Inquisitor! A qunari archer who is an entire sweetheart. I found out halfway through the playthrough that I couldn't romance Cassandra with her and was very upset lol. Despite romancing Bull, I see her as fairly asexual so their relationship would start differently and take a different shape than it does in canon. The idea of Aroren and Bull being together while Bull and Dorian are also has crossed my mind many times with this AU

Fhel I made her jokingly as the twin sister to my roommate's character at the time but then I liked her enough to make her a whole character of her own. She is a mage and romances Josephine. The reason she doesn't have a vallaslin here like in game is because in her canon, she was separated from her clan before she would have received hers. So Dalish elves don't really consider her Dalish because she grew up largely in a human village. She had a lover and a child once.

Ursula Ursula and Aroren are tied for my favorite Inquisitor, which is kind of funny because they are both VERY different in personality and backstory and go about Inquisitoring very differently. She's a sword and shield warrior and becomes a Templar, as she had already undergone similar training before joining the Inquisition. She has a very large, close-knit family and I decided that she is already friends with Vivienne. She romances Cullen in-game but Barris in my heart.

Ruiel She was made a billion years ago back when I was trying to plan out Dragonflower and was only ever known as The Huntress. Elves in Dragonflower are obviously vastly different that DA, so I made her DAI counterpart fit in with some tweaking. She very much distrusts anyone who isn't a fellow elf and is a dual wielding rogue. The playthrough I did for her I decided would be the Dumpster Fire Run and made some very bad choices. Namely, I got Bull and Dorian together, and then I sacrificed the Chargers in Bull's mission so he betrays the Inquisitor during Trespasser. She also romanced Solas because she was the only character I could fathom putting in the position to have to put up with his bullshit. So yeah. The Incredible Dumpster Fire run with her. Fun times, honestly. Most of my other Inquisitor characters are willing to try reasoning with Solas rather than proclaim they'll kill him, but Ruiel and Ursula are the two who would slay on sight after Trespasser.

Siryn I don't have a lot of thoughts for her yet honestly OTL I made her in game forever ago but haven't gotten around yet to playing much. Mostly because there's not too many new choices I can try out and I have already decided to romance Sera with her and I am... not really too enthusiastic about it. I just don't really vibe with a lot of Sera's personality ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ She's another dual wielding rogue because I felt like it would fit her carta ties.

Alarel A two-handed weapon warrior who takes the Reaver specialisation. Despite going absolutely apeshit berserker in battle, he is a very soft spoken and sweet lad. Something of a hopeless romantic, he spends a lot of time in the stables and the garden of Skyhold, taking care of the animals and plants. In the beginning, he's a little shy and wary of the humans, but he ends up getting along well with most everyone after some time. He romances Dorian.

Araas A saarebas who escaped to the south shortly before the events of DA2. He would like nothing more than to just be allowed some peace and a nice quiet place to research and study. He focuses on healing and support magic as a way to separate himself from the destructive magics ingrained into the saarebas. At some point I started thinking of the idea of him being low-vision and I very much like the thought. He romances Cassandra, and so not only has to find a rare book of romance poetry, but has to find it in night-writing. Our most "canon" AU has him becoming part of Hawke's party and ending up in the Inquisition only when Adella Hawke's adopted daughter Nadya becomes Inquisitor

Gallien yinyangswings and I have decided he is the older brother to her Warden, Andrea. He kind of looks grumpy by default, so people tend to be taken by surprise at how nice he can be, and while he tries to do things that will keep people happy, he's also fairly strict and leans more toward practicality in some cases, and is well spoken enough to convince people of his point in those instances. Of course, he also tends to be probably a little more forgiving than may be healthy for someone so good at collecting enemies. Someone admitting honorable defeat is very likely to end up with him on their side. He romances Morrigan and agrees to the ritual after she assures him it's not a trick from Flemeth as another attempt to harm her. She ends up having twins (one conceived from before the ritual and the other being Kieran, because something something magic, it works) There is actually a ton of story already written for him lol

Myrrh A very young mage who probably should not be out of the tower, honestly! She is very small! In most AUs she is met during the Broken Circle quest and convinces Wynne to let her go with them because the circle really needs Wynne to help repair more than anyone else. She doesn't trust easily because of severe trauma regarding being groomed and abused by a Templar from the time she entered the Circle until only a few years before the game takes place.

Runa My canon Hawke, and the twin sister to my friend's Hawke, Adella. She's just a dirty farm lesbian who would have been perfectly content in Lothering forever had the Blight not happened. In Kirkwall though, she basically has to become Batman and she does her best to help everyone where ever she can and also kiss every cute girl while she does it. She ends up romancing Merrill. c:

Thierry He's not actually a Hawke, but he's basically their honorary older brother. A Templar stationed in Lothering, he found Adella after she was attacked and helped her get back home and ensured she was able to stay safe afterward. He considers himself Orlesian, though it's highly frowned upon, because his parents were the Orlesian servants of a noble stationed in Ferelden during the war. When they died, he was sent to the Chantry to be raised. Against the good advice of anyone with a single functioning braincell, he ends up falling in love with Anders and so only good things happen after that, as is well documented.
