Another one of those spitpaints where going into it I had one idea and a minute or two in I have a completely different idea and then 30sec. after that I get the brilliant idea of trying to meld the first two together and it fizzles out. Still, it's good practice regardless, and gives me more of a specific focus to test ideas and techniques out, especially with a new tablet.Full screencap recording of the process, sorry no audio but you can see everything from start to finish, and if you have any questions feel free to ask

I really like the color palette here. I also like the way that you always engage the background without taking away from the scene. It only seems to add to the picture in the story. The first thing I thought about when I saw this was that she is the wicked witch of the west from the land of Oz. Probably not what you were shooting for, but she is fierce and unyielding. She is likely battling one of the good witches, and she is not going to back down, dug in, cliffβs edge, pressing the advantage.
