When I google'd this guy up I immediately recognized him from my childhood, his toy at least, and figured it's a pretty open design if you're just doing a metal robot turtle guy I mainly wanted to do a quick test of a new brush I got for Photoshop, mixing that with the other things I like using such as the Smudge tool with the basic chalk brush set up.

Sketch Dailies (sketch _Dailies on Twitter) always come up with left-field things for me to draw, things I don't normally think of, ever, so I really enjoy the challenge of trying to come up with an interesting take on the subject.
