EDIT: Made a slight update after my teacher gave me some feedback, mostly contrast and light direction.
A follow-up to my last post, where I made a more detailed version of a thumbnail done for a class of mine.
I really love this class; the teacher is just amazing, and I feel like I'm learning a lot.
It's challenging but fun!

I like the atmosphere of this piece! The grayscale values give it a somber feel, especially with the posture of the rider. Other points of interest are the reflections on the water and the fog hiding the mountains in the background.

The water is probably my favourite part of this piece as well - it's the reason why, out of the six thumbnails I made, I chose this one!
