Yes, the last half of his tail is a SkyWing tail pattern. He also possesses the SkyWing nose horn, lacks the SeaWing chin tendrils, has SkyWing wings and scale pattern, and the SkyWing legs, which makes him taller than the average SeaWing, but shorter than the average SkyWing.
