In the BatSaturn Universe, Poor Usagi went through hell after the Death of Chibi-Usa when she tried to block Sailor Uranus Attack, Usagi decided to end the war between The Senshi and the Invading Death Busters and defeated them, ridding Hotaru of Mistress 9 and ending the threat of Pharaoh 90 for good. But when she headed to her home, She discovered her family and Mamoru all dead, killed by a old enemy back from the dead, Queen Beryl. It was a long battle that saw much of Suburban Tokyo destroyed. It ended with a blast in a old factory and was was thought to be the Death of not only Beryl, but also The Death of Sailor Moon.

Only Usagi did not die. instead she lived, thanks to the spirit of a dead soldier of Chaos.

The Spirit of a Sailor Animamate, Sailor Steel Wolf, had entered Usagi's body and saved her, turning her into White Wolf. Sailor Steel wolf had been Galaxia's most deadly Assassin until she was killed by a rival, Spy-Mistress Sailor Pewter Fox.

Now as White Wolf, Usagi and the spirit of Steal Wolf are out for revenge against not only Beryl, who survived the battle thanks to her spirit going to one of her many Clone bodies, but also against Pewter Fox, who is on Earth to sabotage Earth's Defenses for the Coming of Galaxia. While she is looking for the two enemies, White Wolf is also acting as a hired Assassin and Mercenary, while killing rapists, child molesters and abusers.
