I think this image works on many different levels. Most notable is the face of the model. She appears a little bored, perhaps suggesting that her "life" is dull, hence her laying on this couch.

I like the image, mostly just for its visual appeal, but also for the fact that it seems to have some meaning to it, even if it really doesn't.
