i did this in less than 5 hours, that's why the mini greek temples look so awful... they will be edited later

yes i did! first decided what to draw, then did a pencil sketch, scanned it and the retraced everything and painted it... all in less than five hours

I still need to pass my sketch to Photoshop and thus have been searching for a good tutorial how to make the lineart there. I found some but I'm not really satisfied-they look really difficult to get a cool sketch. Weighted lines and smooth edges seem to be the problem. Any ideas?

mmmm, i don't usually use photoshop for lines... either i leave the original pencil sketch or i remove the lines completely, but the only advice, and best i can think of, is try everything, every tool, every tutorial... everything... sometimes the simple things are the ones that work best
mmm... hope this was helpful, i haven't been sleeping well lately, too much work and things to do, and i'm starting to think i'm loosing my mind and just talking nonsense

I'm not really sure that Photoshop is good enough for lineart... I heard that Illustrator works better-never used it though... Does a tablet help in this? I noticed that most of the people use it for this kind of things...
BTW, take care of your self... Nowadays climate won't help you much... Makes you more weak! ><' (it's really hot in Greece during the past week, more than 40 oC degrees...

yes, pen tablets do help! if you want to do the lineart with the regular photoshop brushes and not with vectors then tablets help, because according to the pressure changes the weight of your stroke

I went to Epidavros' Ancient Theatre last Friday and saw "Andromache" (Andromaque by Jean Racine)! It was my first time there >>totally embarrassed!<< and loved it! You should include this in your next visit to Greece!!!!
