It's a real honour to get the DD and thanks to everyone for your kind comments. This is a totally Indie production from a tiny team and we hope to make a FULL EPISODE if we get enough support. Hallowe'en in the near future. A worryingly gigantic GM food corporation advertises the dubious merits of their latest seasonal product: 'Jack-o'Lampoons' - genetically-modifed convenience pumpkins that grow with Jack-o'Lantern faces already on them! But the sinister side to them is noticed by a mysterious hacker.....

My GOSH, this was truly hilarious, and it was such a very brilliant concept. The animation was solid, and the wit in this is perfect. Loved it a lot.

This was real cute to watch, but I can't help feel that the animation is too stiff and "amature." Β I get the same feeling when I watch those 3D cartoons (I don't know any by name....um...oh, Dinosaur Train.) The animation is quick, and rendered with restricted movements (because there aren't many bones being used), and are simple and untextured, because kids don't care about the quality of their shows.
I personally don't think the style you used, fits the attitude of the work, and was just too simple/ flat for me.
But that's just my opinion.Β

Thanks for your constructive criticism! Yes, I agree some of it could do with more time being spent on it, but we had a story to tell by a tight deadline (Newgrounds Halloween Spooktacular 2012 ) with only 1 of us doing the animation. Hopefully the 'spirit' of the piece helps smooth over some of the cracks!! Thanks for watching it. With some luck, and the great support we have found here, we will find a way to make the next ones better and better!
