I neglect this mans so badly lmao sorry lad

I toned down his scars and skinniness because it came across a bit "I'm so badass", and simplified his cutie mark as I imagine it's quite annoying to draw for someone not familiar with him. Still, here's a decent older pic of him: www.deviantart.com/cocky-pony/…

As with other minor OCs I'm not doing family and backstory but here's a bit about him.

- He's a cross between a zebra and an earth pony. I headcanon that zebra marks are not like cutie marks in that they are just symbols they are born with, but still culturally and personally significant. Neutron's is a symbol he was born with like a zebra mark, but has colour like a cutie mark.

- He's a civil rights activist campaigning for equal rights for all ungulates. The MLP world even in the cartoon is questionable for that when you think about it. "Mule" is used as an insult, the sapient cattle and sheep are kept in captivity, and the native bison have their land infringed upon.

- He's moody as fuck and has a short temper, and is standoffish with strangers, but is actually a good laugh with friends. He keeps a small circle of friends, which includes Black Record and Blackjack
