Ehehe, I just remembered how touching the scene was... But for some reason I almost laughed by the fact that the ring had a fly buzzing on it. So I felt neutral during the whole scene. 8/

It may seem unkind, but I think that while you have some sense of form, you've yet to attain a cohesion or smoothness of shape. You may wish to spend more time on those contour lines.
